Spring Mushroom Workshop
Spring Mushroom Workshop
Each season brings its own set of mushrooms. Spring brings several delicious mushrooms to the table but also a few you need to watch out for. The most popular of all the spring mushrooms is the Morel. This mushroom course will do an especially deep dive into Morels; the types, where and when to find them, how to prepare them, and of course, as a lunch course.
