Summer Mushroom Workshop
Summer Mushroom Workshop
In Alberta, summer has the greatest variety of mushrooms. It can be quite the challenge to sort out all those tempting mushrooms and confusing look-alikes. We focus on about a dozen edible mushrooms you can safely pick plus teach you to identify a few unexpected ones that we forage along the way.
